Recycle & Repurpose concrete

Insight of the vast amount of concrete produced every day worldwide and of its heavy environmental impact, ConCreate proposes a community-based solution.

It is a step-by-step illustrated guide to recycling old concrete for the creation of modular structures to be implemented by citizens in their communities. By designing the main block of these structures to act as a rain garden the project wants to promote the implementation of greenery in the cities, while the customisable blocks invite the community to further interact with their open spaces, functioning as benches or steps and ramps for children, skaters and everyone else to enjoy.
