afterimages of memories
What if home is not something we find, but something we continually create? Our work explores the connections between people, environments, memories, and lived experiences that shape our sense of belonging. Rather than presenting home as a fixed destination, the video considers how everyday moments overlap, evolve, and connect over time. As familiar images dissolve into shifting colour grids and gradually return to recognisable forms, the work invites viewers to move between abstraction and recognition. Instead of offering a single definition of home, it opens a space to reflect on how the relationships we experience, remember, and create continually shape the way we understand home.
