By making a bird feeder from a used plastic bottle, we are not only help to reduce the plastic waste in the environment, but also can help ourself to entertain and learn more. Therefore, here’s the recipe to make a bird feeder from a plastic bottle!

Plastic pollution has been one of the principal issues that cause negative effects on the earth as there are too many of them yet more than a half of them were not being recycled or reused.

Every year we use several billion items such as bags, bottles, trays, and food packaging. Of all the plastic we use, 40% is used just once. Those plastic ending up in landfill and ocean and takes up to a thousand years to decompose itself. It is without a doubt that even if most people do their best, much of that single-use plastic enters the environment, being one of the biggest cause of plastic pollution.

Beside the intention to reduce plastic waste problem, a bird feeder also gives you opportunities to upgrade yourself that you may not even realize!

For instance, a bird feeder gives you the opportunity to observe the wonders of nature, taking a little break from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Kids with access to feeders learn to identify bird species, teaching them the importance of caring for animals.

Bird feeding also offers relaxation and decreases stress. One of the most relaxing sounds you can experience is the joyful chirping of wild birds in the trees all around your backyard. In a world overwhelmed with technology, bird feeding provides a nice escape to unwind from daily stressors
